What is the Kolbe Concept?

The Kolbe Concept is a revolutionary assessment Index that identifies, quantifies, and measures a person's instinctive behavior, talents, and mental energy. Organizations use the Kolbe Index due to its high predictability of natural talent, behavior, and job performance. The Kolbe Concept is built on the foundation that our "innate instinctive talents" are unchanging and constant. They are not influenced by race, culture, gender, social style, or age. This is in stark contrast to our skills and learned abilities which are in flux throughout our lives. Using the Kolbe Index, individuals are identified by the unique ways in which they approach challenges, initiate solutions, and instinctively respond to situations.
